The final element in our dynamic testing product-range is the manufacture of all the required accessories. The range is constantly being expanded through a program of continuous development and the inclusion of new products, allowing us to satisfy our customers' most demanding quality requirements while continually improving the quality of our products.
For determination of durability Zwick can supply an individually tailored modular system to cover all testing requirements, comprising actuators, hydraulic power-packs, distribution units, servo-hydraulic testing machines and other accessories.
Hydraulic power packs
Series HP hydraulic power-packs were specially developed to cope with the heavy demands of servo-hydraulic testing machines and testing systems. They feature demand-dependent flow-rate control, with delivery at a constant pressure of 280 or 210 bar.

Power pack can be operated either directly from the electrical cabinet of the power control system or from the test stand via remote control (optional).
Power packs are supplied ready for fitting of an acoustic hood. This can also be retrofitted.
Vibration stabilizer can be retrofitted in order to damp disruptive vibrations in pipework installations where necessary.
Connection to testing actuators is via a set of hoses; use of piping is recommended where longer runs are involved. Power packs can also be coupled together for use with large hydraulic installations.
